How long on Tickets.

TLDR; bought toon, apparently toon was funky, one of my accounts banned on the 3rd, isk refunded to me on the 4th, account still locked with no updates on the ticket.

How long does it typically take to get some sort of update or resolution on these things?

This is not the forum you are looking for.

All support ticket queries should be dealt with the support ticket team. Posting here won't help have your case moved forwards/dealt with any faster.

Well the support ticket system is running....a bit slow as of late.

It'd be nice to get some sort of time frame before resorting to something like a stuck, etc.

The best thing I can advice to you is: Be patient!

Submitting further Support Tickets on the same subject while the first hasn't been handled yet, especially in the Stuck category, does not expedite resolving your reported problem.

That said, thread locked as no one on the forum can help you and CCP is not going to debate this openly.
