Quiet Fronts, are they fatigued?

Just got back from a 2 month hiatus and seems like a lot of the alliances are pretty quiet. Non of the usual poo-flinging-war-drumming going on and the fleet pings for strat-ops are mild. Did the fatigue timers bleed into real life or is there some seasonal thing going on making all the spaces more quiet that usual?

My uninformed guess is they are not going to start anymore wars until something is done about Sov.

Seems the folks who think in expansive terms have left, and been replaced by nickel and dimers.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

Mid sov updates really are not the good times to start a campaign.

What're you talking about? The jump drive changes have caused massive power upheavals in nullsec! Just look at all the new 'we are not just paying isk or being handed space no one really wants' alliances dotting the map! It's insane! Pew pew for all!

PL can't hotdrop a ratting carrier from the opposite side of the map with 30 super-caps in less than 2 min from the other side of the map anymore.

which is a good thing.

Sov announcements are most likely going to be made during Fanfest, at which point I expect null sec to light up light a Christmas tree. Until then everyone is saving their money and energy, building up their fleets and preparing for round two of null sec musical chairs.

You seem to be defending some point not being made here, sorry PL emotionally scarred you somehow.

All I know is that I have 4 alts in 4 alliances.. and it is all boring as hell now, unless you like fighting rats.

Let's rename this baby Crickets.

Or dropping 30 dreads on your 30vs30 T1 cruiser fight over a poco just because you have 2 armageddon navies.

Oh, I perfectly understand, Hal Morsh — a mission like this requires courage, skill, and heroism… qualities you are clearly lacking. Have you forgotten you're one of the bloody immortals!?

Haha this! Was worried it was just me.. Was trying to figure it out what the post title meant. Shocked

That aside, 'spai alts' in opposing alliances report that people are wishing for, or rather waiting for, some revitalizing Sov changes. Fanfest incoming and all..

Me too, I had to read it twice. But I read it as some kind of Elizabethan English. Something like "Quiet dolt, what is your coil??
