WTB Station Trading spreadsheet?

I'm not sure if this can be done in a spreadsheet, but if it cannot, please let me know.

I've read in the market discussion forums that with the market API you can have it check your orders against eve-central data for your chosen location and it will check every 15 minutes or so to see if you've been dropped down from the top buy order. If this is possible in a spreadsheet, I'd very much like this. Name your price.
