Have Ignore list for sigs not resetting when changing ship

This is one of those annoying interface issue, where all your ignore lists are undone as soon as you change ship within a system.

Is there is a specific design reason for this behavior or is this just something that could not be coded when implemented? In the later case, it would be nice to look into it again...

I can understand a ignore list not being kept from one system to the next, although frankly the list could be tied to the system and be brought back if someone change system and then come back. The only drawback I can see is when a sig disappears from a system, it also disappear from the ignore list so that would provide information about a system's sig outside of that system, but this could be easily changed by doing this check when re-entering said system, or being in it as it is now..

Overall, I'd prefer if the ignore list could be set to be remembered even trhough log off and such. As ships have the same sig code until they are repackaged, people could use ignoring their friend's ships when scanning and keeping this list updated and valid, so that friendly ships do not get picked up when scanning..

Having to filter friendly ships and already scanned sig every time you scan after a ship change is kind of silly...

I'm pretty sure a lot of players will defend outdated broken interface issues claiming that it raises skillcap and creates a difference between good and bad players.

Rolewise it's explainable - these signatures are unique and data about them may be ship-specific (as signal is not precise and generated by multiple pobes from large distance).
