The highest buy order in Jita is 2.2B ISK, but no one is selling a book to a buy order imo. The reason being is that the lowest sell order is 19.9B ISK. That one for sell at 20B is the only one up for sale in the entire game right now. Hope that helps.

On a side note, I am soooooooo ******* glad I bought this when it was 800M. Cool Was a fortune at the time but paid off in the end.

I bought mine for the 9M NPC price, I wish I had bought a few more.
