Fellow Capsuleers,

The Xzantanian Independancy's Xenoinvestigations Division (XCRD) has made some progress into understanding the behaviour patterns of the Circadian Seekers and even made some progress in communicating with them! But has had little to no help from any of the Empires with the advancement of it's understanding.

Therefore, I am here, as the founder and chair of the Independancy to ask for your help:
As we are a very small outfit, our deployment capabilities are limited - and this is a big galaxy - so we kindly ask that you help us, for the benefit of all the peoples of New Eden, to map out the deployment patterns of the cloaked structures from which the Circadians appear to operate. Specifically, we are looking for structures that have remained in the same system for 120 hours (5 days) or longer.

The aim of this data collection is to investigate whether the structures are deployed/deploying in a logical or random order. My theory is that they are strategically placed, potentially with a central focus. If this is the case, knowing their focus will undoubtedly aid us in our preparations!

I am Alexi Drakenovic of the IRMD, i can help you with this, i am currently monitoring 3 of these structures daily for any changes along the Lonetrek region, how may the IRMD, and myself, be of assistance to the XCRD?

I can confirm the Irjunen Unidentified structure is very persistent, it's almost always there, didn't vanish for over a week now.

I will update you with all relevant information regarding my notes and sightings of these structures from Lonetrek, if you have any particulars you would like me to include then let me know, keep in mine i am a military man so my notes might be missing some of the.. Finesse of a scientist, never the less ill give you what i can when i am next in the region so i can give you up to date notes and information, would you also like to know the Seeker patterns?

If you have notes on the seeker patterns as well, that would be fantastic! All data will be valuable if they do turn out to be a military threat.

It shall be done by 22:00 tonight, notes will included all seeker movement in the Lonetrek region, and all cloaked structures, will update you via NeoCom or via this board depending on what i have a better signal too at the the time, till then fly safe.

We have loosely monitored structure presence in the following systems:

Eram
Aunia
Athinard
Algasienan
Charmerout
Algogille
Mesybier
Yashunen
Cherore
Onnamon
Tunttaras
Irjunen

While not always detectable, I believe the structures are still there. Seeker patrols and scanning seem to indicate they are as puzzled about the situation as we are.

Thanks to those of you whom have submitted data. Unfortunately, we still need much more to be able to make accurate analysis of the deployment pattern.
