In our panic at realizing we forgot to bring guardians the bhaalgorn pilot with the ship scanner refused to jump. So we made the executive decision to preemptively counter jam the mackinaw. Because proactiveness!

It's good to see that the Cascading Failure badposting squadron has finally come out of the woodwork, to damage control their way out of the fact that they fled from 3 Talwars and a Corax, even though they had at least a 4-to-1 numbers advantage.
