Hello all,

I am having a problem with my journal mission windows not saving position when i double click (or right click) to open them. Its very annoying because the mission window default size is very small and in the centre of the screen. I last played EVE in the summer and this never used to happen as the window would save position.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

Talking about viewing the 'Mission Details'?

It's always a good idea to clear all cache files after all expansions or patches.

I haven't done any missions since the expansion but it might be another bug that will hopefully be fixed soon enough.

I've never been able to get the mission briefing window to behave. Sad

It is a bug, and it's been two patches without a fix! Seriously, a lot of people do missions; this should be prioritized.

Oh and also, clearing the cache is a terrible idea; what is this,1990? People expect more today, users shouldn't have to fiddle with the file system in order for something to work properly. If the engineers do it right from the start then you don't have to push unorthodox (geeky) solutions on the users. Why don't CCP take a page out of Apple's book? That is a rhetorical question.

All you people who think that's OK have really low expectations of how software should run.

Could more people please bug report this? It hasn't gone away yet.

Overcharge, underpower, over-PR... up subscrition fees to $20 a month, lower max-resolution and go back to the old ship-models, and get a hundred thousand fanboi's to to espouse the virtues of this "feature"? Oh wait, it was rhetorical, my bad Twisted

100% agree with the OP though... very annoying. +1!
