Test Server Feedback

Good morning,

I'm wanting to inquire about having the standings and or faction restrictions reset on a station in branch that i bought ship modules at for testing ship setup.

The station in question is D4R-H7 in northern branch. The conquering alliance has locked out all fcon members from that station in violation of test server rules concerning POS, sovereignty and conquerable stations rules #6 and possibly rule #4

4. No politics on the test server. Leave your Tranquility conflicts behind when you log on the test server.
5. Claiming sovereignty in a system already claimed by another alliance is classed as griefing, disrupting of the test server and non-consensual combat.
6. If a player gains ownership of a conquerable station he/she must NOT restrict access to that station and the station services in any way.

I do not know the people or person who holds this station currently however I really would enjoy just being able to pickup the items i require from that station to continue my testing.

I could easily retake the system and reset the standings myself however i've been a good citizen on the test server for 7 years and do not wish to be a source for any rule violations especially #5. Also asking for some help has in the past been significantly less effort than trying to siege an outpost with three dreadnaughts :)

Soo, if neither GM's nor ISD's deal with this, how exactly do we report it, if not to GM's through petitions ect?
