You can easily find out which C5's have pulsar & those statics.
A quick research shows:
C3 statics
J100616, J115933, J143626, J153919, J162753, J213226

C2 statics
J130026, J155714, J223018,

Find them & siege them. If you can't take it by force, then you most likely can't defend it either.
