Needs to be able to fly Gallente carrier well, all necessary drone and support skills, ability to fly ishtar is bonus, not too interested in multi race characters.

budget of 12-18 billion.

Can fly T2/3 Gallente Frigate/Cruiser/Battleship

Intelligence prequisites for Triage are complete (24 days for logistics 5)
Currently remapped for Gunnery/Command (Could train for Dread further down the road),
No history of any kind as the pilot was trained for sale from ground up
2 days till carrier 3; 32 days until dreadnought 3
Do find another pilot that amongst other things is capital for the same asking price

Not complete to fly a Thanatos "well" but current bid way below your budget. Also has drone skills and can fly an Ishtar (HAC5)
