Hi i want to discuss a change in design for the Celestis (Gallente cruiser) this cruiser look extremely ugly in my opinion and and doesn't strike enough fear for what it does ESPECIALLY for the t2 versions the Arazu and the Lachesis which are amazing ships! Please comment and opinion what you think about the Celestis!

I think people need to stop complaining when ships don't meet their personal opinion of proper aesthetics.

Blatantly ugly and confusing pattern like space camo? Go ahead and complain.

A ship skin looks terrible at a certain shader level (many Minmatar ships right after PBR)? Still ok to whine about.

"I don't like how the base hull looks because it's not smooth/lumpy/symmetrical/asymmetrical/jagged/uniform/whatever enough"

No. Personal opinions are not reasons to change, and many people probably like the appearance. I personally think the lopsided, wobbly, uneven, bristling with strange nodes appearance is quite appropriately thematic for a ship that is meant for projecting a specialized effect a long distance.

i appreciate you opinion! but personally (dont take seriously~) it is a very old design and need a new slick look like the other ships are getting!

and just want to point out! opinions are what change thing a lot in some cases!

No, Bellicose is the ugliest ship ever, but Celestis is pretty damn close.

The Celestis is a pregnant space-banana. Personally, I despise it.

The Bantam is the ugliest ship ever.

Oh come on now. The USS Kickstand isn't that bad, is it?

This post seems more like a rant than an actual idea or feature...

I'd certainly say +1 if what you are suggesting is a re-design of the celestis, with a more modern looking hull and textures like that of the new blackbird model.

Currently it's definitely a contender for 'ugliest spaceship ever created'.

While I agree that the Celestis (and it's Tech II cousins) are moderately hideous, that doesn't stop from using them to damp and point people until they cry.

I like how the Celestis continues with the Maulus style, but I think the Maulus does it a lot better. I'd like if the Celestis actually looked like it were flying sideways, with its nose down, with the underside (which is actually the rear) looking more like an underside. The little turtle-leg things on the Maulus are neat, too, and go along with the Tristan's arm-things to give us two ships that look like armored creatures. I'd love for the Celestis to be touched up in similar fashion.

And here I was not going to comment on the launcher placement of the Svipul in non-propulsion mode...
