Eve launcher won't update and is now gone.

So I attempted to update my game and the launcher froze at the creating patch portion at 25% every time.

After following the instructions on this page https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/EVE_Launcher_Issues_and_Workarounds#If_Repair_Tool_does_not_fix_launcher_issue_.5BWindows_7.5D

I found my launcher directory was gone. The repair tool does not bring back my launcher.

Windows 7 64bit

Alright, after re-installing the client the problem still persists with the newest patch again.

Also now my repair tool doesn't even open a window I can see.

UPDATE: Now the launcher just crashes every time I use it and doesn't even give me any kind of progress notification.

Alright I reinstalled for a 2nd time and noticed I had some weird proxy problem on my router. Since my client is up to date anyway I have no idea if the launcher is working or not.
