WTB God among stealth pilot (covops/recon) budget 40 billion

I am looking for a perfect subcap stealth pilot, who has all racial covops V as well as a mastery level of 5 for each covop race (as in completed skills for covops ships). needs cloaking V. ALSO has to have all race cruiser V with recon V and have amazing electronic systems. Blops is a plus, as is perfect gunnery along with a t3. Looking for the characters that were trained as purists with the training skill thought out very well. I do not need Capital skills and i do not need pve/indy skills.

pilots should be atleast 50 million to even come close to what i have asked for. budget is high and im willing to pay for that extra mile. post links to threads here or mail me your eveboards if you do not have one currently on the bazaar.

To clarify, are you looking for

All racial frigate V
Covops V
All racial cruiser V
Recon V
Cloaking V

Electronic Systems (all, EWAR, or tackle?)
All T3s? Any particular?
You mention subcap specialist, anything beyond cruiser level required?

Almost sounds like someone wants to field Morachas and Chremoas.

yes to the first 5
all ewar ad tackle, if its used by recons i want it
'a t3' so it can be any racial t3 (the subs) but not a deal breaker
as for beyond cruiser, if it meets everything above to perfection then no but the ability to do battleship blops or near to it would also be a plus.

as for what ill be fielding, ill be stealthed so you shall never know Blink
