Ventures are not much of targets... but it is the thought that counts! :)
This will be fun!

True, they are not. My point is a majority of CODE has scammed in the past and currently scam in eve. So what is the point in competing in this event when the hosts are not trust worthy? Like if I attempt to win this event I have no guarantee I will see those plex ever. tl;dr, CODE has not been trustworthy in the past and currently are not.

Fun. Fun is the point. If you happen actually win a prize and actually receive it, that's a bonus.

Sabriz Adoudel & CODE Agent AC certainly endeavour to be purveyors of verbal spin.

Good luck with your competition ladies.

What?? No Procurer Killing contest? I was hoping CODE would be upping their contest fun level. Sigh. Sad

In the event that you wish to run such a contest (concurrent with AC's one, or at a different time) I'd support it.

No, no, no, he wants ~other people~ to do it, preferably that Somebody dude, who I'm surprised still plays considering how often everyone bleats for him to do things for them.

Overkill. A lot of frigate fits can gank a venture even in a .9

Yeah but the overkill is worth it, Guaranteed kill every time and still cheap as chips

Welp you heard the man. Venture killing contest. That means for the month of February it will be safe to yield fit those barges and mine like madmen while agents hunt ventures. Dont forget your cargohold extenders, mining laser upgrades, and optimization rigs.

Should be happy sailing for afk exhumer pilots for the next four weeks!

p.s. don't forget to have your hauling alt in a miasmos sitting close to your barge for easy isk. Same fittings apply.

Cool

You guys should include systems one jump from the rookie systems in the rookie system list as well.

It's just good wildlife conservation, like having to wait for Deer Season to shoot Deer... you have to maintain the population at healthy levels to ensure a good harvest for years to come.

Those tend to be filled with so-called 'merc corps' that do nothing but pop/dec the newbs.

So Ventures get killed in those systems all the time.

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

Yeah.

I recommend rocket Kestrels, or for the 100% kill even in a 1.0 use a cheapfit destroyer with blasters or rockets.

You can use Atrons in .8 or lower, I've found.

In fact, there should be a subcategory prize for cheapest gank boat.

And most expensive gankboat, and silliest gankboat....:)

I remember last time I stuffed as many smartbombs as I could on a Catalyst and tried to pop a group of those banana boats with it......IIRC it worked pretty good......:)

I love my T1 overkill "Cod-atron" I just love knowing the venture will melt like butter. But the T2 version will ensure the pod, but yes... Atrons!
