Cost :19.95 Multichar training VS 15 on own account

Why does CCP charge you 19.95 to train an additional pilot on an account when if you had a seperate account you would only have to pay the sub fee with is not 19.95?

Shouldnt CCP charge you LESS MONEY to do multiple character training since you can only logon with 1 pilot per account?

Where do they get off charging you MORE than the subscription fee and you get less?

I feel like people are getting cheated and it angers me. I was considering actually using the service until i saw the price difference and its just some major BS. I wont use it now and i wont even make an alt now because im so mad.
