If you are willing to increase your budget, 108m sp pilot. All caldari T1 ships at V, Tech 2-3 ships all at V and IV except marauder which is at III. Mission runner with good standings.

I'm lacking the BS training but have all the necessary supports if you're willing to train her a month or so. Even better, just train up Caldari and Gallente BS to level 4...then Cruise missiles and in about two weeks you can be floating a very good Rattlesnake pilot because she has Sentry & Advance Drone Avionics V trained which means sniping at maxed range.

Anyway, just offering you an option if you have some time...food for thought.

Oh, yeah...she's a bit over your budget...but not by much.

Heya. Good char i like it. But you not in NPC corp. CCP has block the transfer. Move your char in NPC Corp and i buy him.
