Budget 12B

Must haves:
T2 Cruise Missiles

Would be nice to easily skill into a tengu

Nice things:
Cyber 5
Caldari Cruiser 5
Caldari Frigate 5
Hull Upgrades 5
Mechanic 5
Caldari Destroyer 5 (cant wait for the tactical t3)

and perfect fitting skills.

This is mostly feeling out what I can get for at most 12B.

I am logging off for the next 16 hours...hopefully there will be some stuff when i get back.
