WTB Exploration + PvP Main Character (20b ISK Budget)

Greetings, sellers!

I am currently in the market for a new main character. Below is the standard "want" list.

  • Amarr, Gallente or Minmatar ships only please
  • Strong exploration (scanning) skills supplemented by null survival (Covert Ops Cloaking Device II a must)
  • Decent PvP capabilities including solid Gunnery and armor/shield skills
  • At least 1 relevant (in demand) and fully trained T3 option
  • Carrier skills would be a bonus... Dread skills not that interesting
  • Relatively clean employment history
  • No derp names please (I refuse to live my life as sPaCeBoNeR229)
  • Positive sec status and wallet

As mentioned in the thread title, my budget is approximately 20b ISK. I am willing to look at characters below that value by 1-2 billion and above that by 1-2 billion (please, no 30b ISK characters that I want but can't afford). My focus is on combat, but it would be nice to have those extra scanning skills for those pesky null lulls and scouting.

Great character, sir! However, my top line would be your starting bid (20b ISK). I will keep an eye on him for now and see if you get any offers, because if anyone bids 20.5b or more, I won't be able to match it and still afford to purchase a fleet for him.

Outstanding Armor, Electronics, Engineering and Nav skills, but the 3/5 Tengu and Caldari focus are a big drawback for me. Will keep on eye on the auction, but he's not really what I'm looking for. Thanks for sharing, and good luck!

Due to the unexpectedly rapid liquidation of some of my assets, I am able to boost my budget to a cool 20b ISK (now reflected in the OP and thread title). Still looking at more options. Let's see those pilots!

As I mentioned in my previous reply, ORIAN's Caldari skills aren't really of interest to me. However, I will revisit his sheet and take another look at what he has to offer.

Hey Nakh! Sorry, was delayed tonight. I see that you got a 20b ISK bid, and since I probably can't top that for this particular character, I would either consider taking that offer or keep it running to see if anyone goes to 21+.

I've got a second I'm thinking about selling but haven't posted. He is a couple days out from carrier and has decent subcap skills as well.

To be honest, this guy just isn't what I'm looking for at the moment. Truly a very well trained toon, but he just isn't flying the ships I'm after. You'll find someone soon though. That guy is pretty sweet.

He's definitely lighter than Nakh, but 5 days from plugging carrier books in and has 3 T3s that he can roll in. Was thinking 13-14, but if you're not interested no worries man.
