to all you people with negativity and no brains as to why i am so pissed at current changes to PI .

I was doing it for non profit helping new players and new corps obviously helping people to get a start in eve is a nono to the forum drag queens , as long as pi wasnt costong bugger all to run to my POS i had no problem helping peole out but CCP and especially HILMAR dosent like that so i am taking my POS down no more helping new players hope hilmar has a plan to help the new players as i am not the only person that does this ,miss nullsec anyway

Too many tiny corps made by newbies with stars in their eyes. Corp and alliance goals such as a POS should be further out of reach, so that more corps are made by people that are serious and have some experience.

Not even once

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Anyone can run a POS.

It's your point of view that is wrong, if everyone starts having pos's then the mechanic is bad and need changes so you have to work in teams to get those.

I'm happy with PI changes, I'm making more iskies from my small amount than before and not intending to run 6 alts and click fest just to get more

One more thing...

Helping newbies does not have to be tied to ISKs donation. You can show them fun, or make some events for them. Doing stuff if you teach them about ISK/hr and safety you actually not providing an service but disservice. Just my thoughts.

The new changes to PI are a pain in the implants 'til you can take the customs offices down and replace them. Aside from the time and money it takes to do this, PI now costs less than it did before. Granted, not everybody has that much time and isk, but its not impossible for smaller corps, or solo players.

ITT: Something about PI being broken?

Hilmar wouldn't have changed his whole game because of you sir... stop being self-important.

Also: Helping out newbies is commendable if you do it right... but why would a newbie want a pos in high sec? find a low class wormhole with static High-sec for PI... maybe then you'll even have a reason to put up a pos in there.

…and regardless of your atempt to reframe the issue, the answer remains the same: it is not the game's (or the devs') fault if you fail to pass on increased costs to the customer.

It is right for them not to give a rat's ass about your entrepreneurial failure.

did same, you are not alone in spite of the vitriol heaped upon you. eve wasnt always about huge corps and massive fleets. it used to be a few friends playing together in high sec or serious pvp and industrialists in their realms.

Idgi. So they don't care about paying customers because they made a change that gave the players better control? Just because you personally aren't smart enough to re balance your finances to cope with the increased cost? Your helping out new players by running a POS, how exactly does that make a dramatic impact on new players? If its to help a corp, well tbh if a corp is ran by newbies who can't fund their own POS then maybe they shouldn't be running a corp, and actually get some experience/revenue first.

It's relatively easy to fuel a POS for the same cost as before Crucible - you just need a little bit of dedication and do a bit of homework is all.

Here's a hint: P1 prices are relatively unchanged since before crucible.
