Motd banner adds on login screen + Patch updates

OK so a couple of times ive wanted to check out the banner add on the login screen but im pre-empted by something such as a patch update notification box... and i click update, only to suddenly have a banner appear underneath the patch download box.

now not always, but sometimes i actually want to read & click the add / notification, but instead end up patching,
now because they are only viewable / clickable once.

can you add a page that has some kind of timeline for these add's / news items. so that if i want to i can revisit / view the banners in my web browser etc at a later date, or out of game.
