This is the only thing i agree with you on, and i am glad to hear that there is some part of you that wants peace and can see a way to obtain that.. Our methods may differ, but the result we want is the sam Kim-haani, the charter must be removed, and a new state-federation charter must be made in it's steed, so that our 2 peoples can live, and can prosper, this is all i want for New Eden Kim-haani, do not doubt this.

Watch yourself Kim-haani, i don't accuse you of being a terrorist, just because someone disagrees with you does not give you the right to try and make them an enemy, i engage Federation fleets that attack civilians every day, i fight off assaults from any who harm my people, as would anyone for there people!

In an attempt to bring this discussion back on topic, I will take it upon myself to answer Mssr Drakenovic's original question.

President Roden's vision, as I see it, is fairly simple. First: Defend the Federation during a time of War. Second: Safeguard our economic prosperity. Third: Let Peace with the Caldari progress on its own terms.

I think it is very wise of President Roden to avoid forceful pursuit of a reconciliation policy towards the Caldari State. We did not start this War. Until the Caldari see fit to unite behind bringing it to an end, the best we can do is show willingness to engage with those who are willing to negotiate with us. So far, this has meant talks with Ishukone, with the other Megas sulking on the sidelines. Until the Practicals, and even the Patriots, are willing to take some risk themselves no Gallente policy will produce peace unilaterally.
