my faction warfare agent missions are in low sec. I was doing a mission to destroy a few amarrian industrials in a neutral alt for my main when an amarrian militia member showed up and tried to hit me. I got out, but im afraid he may be camping it. Will the rats hit him too? or avoid him because he is in their faction?

From the ashes of our defeat, we will be reborn. With these chains with which we are bound, we will become indivisible. To those who showed us no mercy, we will give no sympathy. For the flames that burn our cities, we will douse in injustice's blood

Currently they will hit him too, especially once he uses e-war (ie he warp disrupts you)

Technically the NPCs should not attack "one of their own"... but there is a good chance that they will.

FW mission rats have always been notoriously unpredictable.

Next time... gather up a bunch of FW missions at the same time and just blitz through them one by one. If one mission is "compromised" then move on to the next mission and come back later.

Or...use your fellow FW mates and set up a trap and snap it as soon as he walks into it.

This is the preferred approach. You will get LP for killing your stalker if they are a member of the opposing side too.
