Can you move a POS that has active research jobs

Yes you can but you will have to cancel the research jobs.

As others have said, "No". Not without canceling the jobs first. All ongoing research will be lost as soon as the POS is offlined.

In addition, any required materials will also be lost when you cancel the jobs. And for the love of Bob, do not pull a Baki and offline the modules with completed jobs in them. It can get expensive.

Not quite...

All jobs are suspended when the module goes offline. The job can be resumed by putting the module back online.

All jobs are cancelled when the module is unanchored.

Not quite, no.

All ongoing research will be paused as soon as the lab goes offline whether that is via the lab being offlined, or the tower going offine due to running out of fuel. The research is 'lost' once either the lab the jobs are being performed in is unanchored, or the tower is destroyed.
