because i redeemed it when it was the only thing available on the redeem buttons and now i cant see the others gifts

The Christmas gifts are not inside the game client redeem system yet.
You have to choose one from the website under account management first.
Then what you chose shows up in the redeem system on Christmas day.

This is correct. Christmas gifts will be available for collection through the redeem system on the 22nd.

More accurately, they'll start being available on the 22nd and keep being available until claimed. You don't have to be online during the holidays to claim it (just need to pick it before then), you can claim it later (if already chosen).
At least that's what I remember the devs saying in the feedback thread.
