Unable to upgrade trial account on Amazon

Hello

So im trying to upgrade another account using Amazon by buying a 1 month game time card but after i hit buy i get the text "We're sorry. We cannot complete your purchase because the account "xxxx" is not eligible for this item."

So for some reason i cant subscribe my second account now. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I don't know what you're buying from Amazon, but some of their deals cannot be applied to trial accounts.

More precisely, if you try to buy a PLEX, there's a huge warning: "Please note: PLEX cannot be purchased by EVE Online trial accounts."

You'll have to contact Amazon customer support to get that sorted out.
Or buy the PLEX with your first account, sell it, transfer it to the second account (you'd need 2 computers for that) and then unlock it in-game.

Nah i was not trying to buy a plex. They have it listed on Amazon as a 1 Month game time to your account. I have been using it for my primary but this issue with my other account is a first.
