High Sec War (surprise!!!)

Alright, I had a plan on how I can go about warfare while in high security space via baiting. Here is the scenario I have envisioned:

Corporate member (currently in the war): A drake with a passive tank

Fleet:

Basilisk (logistics) not in corporation at war/neutral
Sleipnir (dps) not in corporation at war/neutral

Scenario:

1) the drake member attacks a war target.
2) The basilisk comes out of nowhere to repair the shields on the drake (currently in fleet so it should be ok in high sec)
3) when the basilisk is engaged, I bring in the Sleipnir for extra dps

Question: a basilisk can heal someone not in their corporation so longs as they are in the same fleet? If someone in the fleet is attacked (whether it be the drake or the basilisk) can the Sleipnir engage as a fleet member and not get attacked by concord?

Thank you for any help you guys may bring.

That is normal gameplay tactics in EVE during war or any combat for that matter.

What would prolly be better is an ECM ship instead of a Repper. If they repper is caught he dies and depending on what your targets fly all your ships die shortly after that.

It is still a good tactic to use against a single wardeccer like myself I cannot fight people with Falcons or repper on field. What normally ends up happening is I have to batphone RR friends to come and safe me and hope they are close by. I will die if I am caught unaware, that is the trick though, I know all the tricks.

Your basilisk can heal anybody, the problem is if the person in combat your RR will go suspect if he is out of corp. Meaning everybody can kill him. For suspect RR you want 2 or 3 Chain RR ships.

And that Sleipnir wont be able to engage unless he (being neutural) and only he gets engaged. Go read eveuni wiki engaugment timers crimesec etc. You really have a lot of wrong ideas about how this all works.

Also fleet means NOTHING bout engaugment or flags or concord or anything at all forever and always never. Fleets dont have any affect on anything like this

In summary, Logistics ships are the only ships that can be used as neutrals in a fight in hisec without being Concorded. They will go suspect for all players to shoot at though. Neutral boosting ships can be used to boost your pilots without going suspect, but can not add any DPS into the fight, obviously, or CONCORDOKKEN.

Personally I think CCP should make neutral logistics and boosts ineffective when a limited engagement or war dec is involved. Or just delete logi and boosts from the game entirely.

Friends?? When do friends come into the equation? Because we all know the logi and boosts are alts.

Oh, I perfectly understand, Hal Morsh — a mission like this requires courage, skill, and heroism… qualities you are clearly lacking. Have you forgotten you're one of the bloody immortals!?

I wish actually... for RR I am completely dependent on EVE buddies.

Maybe when I move to Europe I will certainly have a better connection, allowing me to run more then just my covert spy and me.

Any fairly new/mission runner corp can easily counter smaller wardeccing groups. Just bring a small gang of 50% drakes and 50% blackbirds, especially as most mission runners will be caldari anyway.
