I have so many windows open, they often vie for "being on top". Because of this I often miss important chat-topics that are live right there and then.
One thing that always gets my attention is the notification-signal, usually becasue there is a mail.
So, I've used this mechanic (sending a mail to a member or the whole corp) to get their attention.
How about a 'ping' notification-feature instead of a message? Received on a corp- or member-level, sent by corp-members. Maybe a diff sound.
Abusers can be seen and dealt with by the CEO accordingly.
