[WTB] Starter High-Sec Warfare Toon [Amarr/Gallente Battleships]

Looking for starter BC/BS toon.

Purpose: High-Sec warfare.

Features wanted: Decent Amarr/Gallente battleship (primary!) and battlecruiser skills.

Overall it should be a decent Armageddon and Megathron pilot, with

1) Good tank

2) T2 Large Blasters/Pulses

3) T2 Heavy Drones.

No other ships really needed. Just Geddon, Mega, and the cruisers/battlecruisers that come before. No T2 Ships are needed.
Plz dont offer me some ultimate PVP GODLIKE toons, cuz I dont need that crap.


Budget: Very limited. Cant afford anything better than that.
