AFK Cloaking

Why wouldn't it be a good idea to make it so that if cloak is running for more than 1 hour you get a 5 min warning where a box appears saying you if you wish to remain cloaked please type the letters that are randomly provided here in the box and click enter.

To be quite frank, this epitomises the lazy attitude of the AFK whiners.

Destination SkillQueue:- It's like assuming the Lions will ignore you in the Savannah, if you're small, fat and look helpless.

Just remove Local chat, just like in Wormholes. AFK cloakers will never bother you again.
