Hi there!

I am looking for a potential investment in a new character, and I have very specific requirements for this character.

It absolutely must have:

- Virtually perfect sub-capital skills
- NO industry-related skills. Pure combat toon.
- An acceptable name.
- A reasonably decent reputation.

My budget lies at 75 billion, potentially more depending on what I see.

Capital skills are a bonus, but ONLY after the character has perfected it's sub-cap skills.

Thanks for the offers but these aren't close to what I am looking for.
I am looking for a much more complete character and willing to shell out a lot of cash for it.

When I say virtually perfect I mean pretty much perfect armor/shield/engineering/weapon/drone/ship skills, all tailored to PVP. Most of the toons in here are great for other buyers, but I am looking for something even more complete. Around the 140m SP-range is pretty interesting to start.
