That really depends on how much longer you are looking to spend training him before you sell. As I said, you should have a good amount of interest as is with him...I can't give you anything specifically to train into without knowing your timeframe here but I'd pack some more SP into his gunnery and a bit more into engineering skills. Then I'd go for caps, dreads/ Titan pilots don't require a whole lot in terms of support skills (really all gunnery, engineering, navigation and armor...and then obviously spaceship skills to fly the things) all of which you are well on your way to). Cap pilot should be a solid payout for you and should require no more than 6-8 months to have a pretty solid Amarr/ Gallente cap pilot on your hands. No just a sitter, a capable cap pilot. For a cap most of the SP you'll need to get is in gunnery and navigation
