Reinforced Bulkheads I

This is a suggestion for a minor tweak to the stats of the 'Reinforced Bulkheads I' module.

Every other variation of the Reinforced Bulkhead module has a volume of 5 m3, but 'Reinforced Bulkheads I' has a volume of 25 m3. Unless there is a good reason for this, I humbly suggest that they be shrunk down to 5 m3 like the rest of the bulkhead modules in order to be in-line with the rest of that module family.

That must be a typo on the DB. Unfortunately I'm not in game atm to confirm whether it is actually on the module as well.
