I know how that by completing missions and plexing i can improve standings for promotion, but what i want to know is what standings do i need to achive each rank in the Tribal Liberation Force?

I believe at each single digit interval, ie 1,2,3 etc you receive a promotion. This is based on your unmodified standings with TLF.
