I do not believe you can, you used to be able to.

Every time there is a patch my client gets stuck at stage 2/4 at 25% whilst creating the patch, this happens on 3 different machines, i have done every possible thing to get them working however, each time there is a patch i end up downloading the entire client again, it is getting really really tiresome to be honest. I have logged a ticket but i dont hold up much hope to be fair.
A bit of googling tells me that this is a fairly common issue.

Please release the manual patch files ccp, the launcher is not good enough.

use the repair.exe, it can also patch the client

Thats if the Repair were to actually work instead of just giving you a log file.
