[Exploration] What am i doing wrong?

Hello!
So I managed to pin a data site but for some reason I can't hack the tower nor open them...

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Civilan data analyser it is what I am using.
I also tried the civilian relic analyser and it doesn't work as well.

It is "Civilian" right?

Fairly certain the civilian modules only work in the tutorials, get the standard T1 version.

Yes civilian modules will not work.

Yep. Civilian equipment is useless.

Move to normal mods ASAP.
Not only for the explorer mods but also your tank and/or guns

And don't put more than one analyzer per type (one relic, one data), is useless and you will only waste the fourth mid-slot that can be used for something else.
