[Bug] Fleet hangers and customs office

It appears that attempting to move items directly from a fleet hanger of an Occator (or any other ship with a fleet hanger) to a customs office just doesn't work and causes the item to be locked into place until a relog. After a relog, the item appears in its destination.

Anyone ever see this happen? I submitted a bug report for good measure as I could see exceptions thrown in the log server.
