Another optionn is to blitz missions to get the standing for npc station jc facilities or pay someone to do it for you, however depending on the npc corp, your social skills and your actual skills the missions route isn't bad. Just do your research, I found l3 security to be fastest and some corps have 2 agents in the same system or at least within I couple of jumps for when you hit the inevitable faction mission wall.
