returning pilot 119Mil sp - looking for PVE/PVP corp US East TZ

Returning to eve after some time, I play with one main char wit +/- 119 Mil SP mainly focused in combat.
I am not telling you my whole story and I will go straight to the point, if you want you can read my bio:

What do I do:
- PVE : lvl4 missions to pay for Plexes and finance some PVP

What type of corp I am looking for:
1- Low Tax (I run lot of missions and need to finance my game time)
2- Some time to invest in PVP to have some fun and quitting the PVE routine
3- Something to do once in a while within corp during my logged time, preferably some PVP

As you see I am not looking for something very specific but IT IS IMPORTANT that the 3 points are met by the corp.
