Hi all,

What are the best ships for combat support in L4 missions for Caldari, and Sisters?

I have Minny BS4 but no T2 large guns.
I can fly all HACs, BC, all T3s but Legion. Working for CS as we speak.
No HAMs.

I reckon combat support will consist out of dealing with the small stuff, but I am unsure what is best fit for the task.

Eh, you should have too big of an issue running without support, if you are the recipient of said support, ur prolly better off getting things that help you apply DMG as opposed to the other ship actually dmging stuff. Vigil/hyena could work very well, mix of webs, tps, remote tracking... Stuff along those lines. For caldari space projected ECCM might come in handy.

If you're the supporter, based on the description, it looks like you can dish out some reasonable dps (granted t3s are inferior to skilled battleships, but you should be able to provide 'useful' dps). How you should fit kinda depends on what the other guy is using though. For example, pally, kronos, vargur, generally aren't going to need/want anything except maybe the additional dps, and for certain missions like buzz kill, you being there may result in more problems than help.

I just use a tengu for my support/alt account. Its cap stable with HML's, not ideal.. but it orbits my bs and shoots all the small stuff.. I pay it almost no attention. HAM's may work better, but precision missiles work just fine.
I used to run 2 x BS but I got lazy worrying about drones trying to shoot small stuff and all the micro management with trying to pop incoming frigs before they orbit with 2 BS's. I tried assigning sentries but still takes some effort.. did I mention i got lazy ??

... What next ??
