Currently corporations can be disbanded and there is no way to get it back when every member leaves.
This crates tons of tons 1 man corporations.

This idea is very simple.
On the create new corporation window - add reactivate button.
When you click on it you have possibility to reactivate closed corporation , but only if one of the rules applies:
- this char was founder of the corporation
- last ceo
- have >50% of shares

Newly reactivated corp have i'ts share stock reset, and pulled back to corp wallet.

I can get behind this, as long as it is as you said, either the founder or last CEO who can do this.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

apart from the last line it's a good idea, though if a corp has a person in it then it's not a closed corporation. If you sell the shares of your corp then the ONLY way to get them back should be to find out who has them and buy them off that person closing a corp and then reactivating it should not take someone elses stuff off of them.

We are talking ONLY about closed corporations, and you can still have shares of closed corporation.
Shares are also to be included because , if they allow you to take over some corporation, they should also allow to reactivate one.

Pretty sure that if you suspect a corp is dead you can petition CCP to get its name

I would only allow this if the owner of said account was emailed with an *important mail* from CCP asking the owner's permission for reactivation and ownership transfer of his corporation. If he doesnt respond, tough noodles come up with a new name.

Because lets look at it this way, there is a DISTINCT difference between a "closed" corp, and an "inacive" corp. an inactive corp still has at least 1 member who may or may not one day come back to EVE and have an attachment to that corp name. a closed corp can be re-activated by ANYONE already, because it was manually closed by the owner (i would know, once accidentally created a corp and found out why pvp'ers wanted to join us all the time when i checked records from a couple years previous on killboards)

Why to multiply tickets?

Create simple script, that will check
A Corp Closed : YES

B (one of the items)
1. Owned Shares >50% : YES
2. Corp Creator : YES
3 Last Ceo : YES

Instead of creating new corp you have the ability to reactivate old corp.

You cannot reactivate Closed corp under the same name and ticker.
