Add a "Lock the Quickbar" feature

i didn't know you could reset the quickbar... what's wrong with the "add folder" button?

Nothing is wrong with it !

Its just that its dangerously close to the "Reset Quickbar" button. When you click it, I think you get a warning, I disabled it like a lot of other warnings, I probably should re-enable it.

Yet a lock function would be cool so you don't move folder by accident or mess things up.

I did the same thing...accidental click. So I am in for the idea. Also save quickbar option. :)
