Hotkey Ammo Swaps

After playing awhile with laser boats I noticed a severe limitation with the instant reload capability that lasers have. You need to right click your gun, find the crystal you want to switch to, click it, then hit f1 again to resume shooting. Why can't we just hotkey a certain ammo type to a certain button.

This could be stored on a ship by ship basis, and would be cleared when you package the ship. From there, the user could designate how many hotkeys they would like to have active on the given ship, then the user could assign a certain ammo type to each key.

This would be a nice QOL improvement for everyone because it reduces the number of right click menus everyone would have to go through during every day operations of their ship.

EDIT: Please note that I am just using lasers as an example, it is not something I am trying to restrict to lasers only, but something I would like to see on all ships, no matter the weapon system. This can even be extended to scripts for sensor boosters and tracking computers.

b4 the cycle ends turn off the gun then near the end of the cycle drag the new crystal over the gun wait for the cycle to end then drop the crystal and click.

This means you need to have your cargohold open all the time if you are doing frequent ammo swaps. This is on top of...

-Overview
-Local
-Misc chat window you need to watch
-Fleet window
-Watchlist
-Dscan

I don't have alot of screen real estate left to keep something else open 24/7, especially when you specifically look at crystals because after you shoot them they don't stack anymore, so you can have to drag anywhere from 4-8 individual crystals because dragging 1 crystal doesn't work. This means that the specific window needs to be larger to accommodate the non stacking nature.

Extend the idea to ALL weapons types and I would give this a +1.
If you want it only for lasers then -1 as it gives them an unfair advantage.

It wasn't intended to be restricted to lasers only, I was just using lasers as the primary example because on my laser boats I ammo swap quite frequently, and it wasn't something I really paid much attention to on other ships I fly.
