20:00 Dodixie - Pick up your brand new Obelisk for free

I have finished building my Obelisk and flown it to Dodixie.

Tonight at 20:00 EVE time I will leave Dodixie IX - Moon 20 - Federation Navy in my Obelisk and eject.

Anyone with the skills to fly an Obelisk can jump right in.

My Obelisk flyer is not in.
btw, that is not an OOPE...
This belongs in the EVE General or other high ranking induction.
