Corpse slots on the phantasm, add corpses to slots they appear impaled on the spikes.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Why?

Not that I dislike the idea, but even zoomed all the way in, you wouldn't be able to see it.
