[WTB] Bomber/ Exploration/ Support Character (<60 Mil SP)

What I am looking for specifically:

- Perfect or very near perfect SCANNING skills
- Solid Navigation/ Core skills
- Covert Ops
- Industry skills would be nice but are not required
- Steath Bomber (missile skills)

Basically looking for a well rounded character who has great core skills (engineering, navigation, either shield or armor skills) who is a near perfect exploration pilot and who may have additional training in industry

Also, I would really prefer characters with names that aren't too crazy

Budget depends on character though it should be noted that I am looking for pilots in the 50-70 million SP area max

No Industry except Gas Mining but solid scanning. Have a look and a bump.
