You can get this data from the EVE SDE. You can find a few formats here too: https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/latest/. The CSV's will probably import fine into excel (I think).

http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/resources/typeids.csv is one I keep up to date, when I do the conversion of the SDE.

and it has typeid, typename, typeid
to make vlookups possible in both directions from a single file.
