It's an issue, it always has been. I do wonder every so often if some of it is an attempt at satire and the text communication just fails to deliver. That could be the gullible in me talking though. The inability to see people as malicious in nature, even after 11 years of EVE.

There is just nothing to make me ponder about. Either you want to give it away in which case it should already have been done or you don't and you are making in stink out of nothing because :reasons:.

It's as simple as that. Giving stuff away is as you said not supposed to be hard at all but for some reason you take every single possible steps to make it harder.

You want to give? Then just give.

When I want to give some stuff to someone, I just give it. Do the same and you will see how extremely easy it is.
