What's the best way to work out how much fuel is needed to bridge ships via a black ops ship?

I've put max fuel in the fuel bay and I'm wondering how many covert ships I can bridge in one go before the bridge stops working.

I know light years also affects the cost of fuel used for each ship bridged. Also the skill fuel conservation.

Can I just bridge as many ships as I have fuel for? if I have a plentiful supply of fuel in a can next to me as I bridge can I top it up before the cyno goes down?

How many bombers for example can be bridged with a full fuel bay say, 8 light years?

Right totally didn't see that. Thank you.

About ships though, what's the most you can bridge in one go?

You can jump as many ships as you want as long as you have the fuel. The jump portal has a 20s cycle, but you can easily just activate it again to send more ships through until the covert cyno on the other side stops.

Keep in mind that Blockade Runners can use the Covert Jump Portal, and have large cargo bays.

It's as if CCP wanted BlOps fleets to have a mobile fuel depot to extend their range....
