If you like to fly frigates, this is the character for you. If you purchase this character, you'll be able to fly all four flavors of t2 Frigates as well as several flavors of larger T2 ships (Gal, Min and some Caldari) as well as a wide variety of T1 subcaps. (edit) Also: Can fly both Proteus and Tengu.

This character would work well for small scale PvP as well as PvE. You also have the option to do PI and some Industry/mining if that is your thing.

All-in-all, this would be a good starter for someone who is new to Eve and would like to explore various ships and combat styles. The term "Jack of all trades" is very much applicable, as you will have the option to build upon the foundations heretofore laid and move in the direction you choose, without having to start from 'scratch.'

Positives: This character has a Positive wallet (will come with a small amount of ISK) and no kill-rights.

Negatives: This character has very bad standings with Amarr - you will likely not be able to fly in, or operate out of Amarr Empire space without raising your standings with that Empire. With a few hours spent training 'Diplomacy' to Lvl 5, you will likely have only a bit of grinding to do, if you wish to rectify the standings issue. Or not. There's nothing there but religious fanatics anyway, right?
